About the role

Experience- 5-7 years of work experience in Franchisee store expansion Location - Geographical Understanding; Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand

What you'll do

• Real Estate Site Selection and Analysis
• Identify and evaluate all real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria
• Manage metrics and criteria for which site selection decisions will be made (research analytics, financial performance, revenue prediction models)
• Identify franchise opportunities with multiple and cross border landlords to achieve best possible deal making
• Manage external Real Estate resources in locating and evaluating potential sites, especially the cross-border strategic landlords
