About the role

Runs the overall branch like a business unit—responsible for profitability, operations, compliance, and staff management.

What you'll do

• Drive branch business targets for deposits, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), loans, and third-party products
• Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit standards, and KYC policies
• Oversee daily operations, manage branch personnel, and handle critical customer escalations

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Front office

• Class 12
