About the role

Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers professionally. Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and transferring calls to the concerned departments. Managing visitor entries, maintaining visitor registers, and issuing visitor passes. Handling emails, responding to enquiries, and forwarding important communications.
