About the role

We are seeking a Front-End Developer resource to execute front-end development across Grant Thornton U.S. digital platforms. In this role, you will deliver scalable, high-performance, and accessible web experiences, including responsive modules, landing pages, and personalization initiatives. You will work closely with UX designers, product stakeholders, and U.S.-based teams to translate requirements into high-quality digital solutions.

What you'll do

Front-End Development & Delivery
Lead end-to-end front-end development for web modules, landing pages, and enhancements within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Develop custom components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring scalability, performance, and accessibility
Execute website personalization and segmentation initiatives using Adobe Target
Design and implement A/B testing strategies to improve engagement and conversion
