Staff Software Engineer (Mobile, Android) - Hyderabad, India

About the role

On the Mobile team, the goal is to give sellers everything they need to work their pipeline when they're away from their desk. It's a Kotlin codebase built with Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Coroutines and Flow, Room, WorkManager and Apollo GraphQL, with real-time voice through Twilio and Android's Telecom framework.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical direction of the Android app
• Shape its architecture and design system, build the testing and release foundations, and own complex features from design to Google Play
• Partnering with mobile product managers, designers to deeply understand the needs of sellers on the go and build a product that serves those needs
• Building a Jetpack Compose design system on Material 3, with theming, dark mode and accessibility built in
• Leading our GraphQL client work on Apollo Kotlin, including the move to Apollo Kotlin 4 and a deliberate caching strategy
