What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and support a team of Trust & Safety specialists, ensuring consistent execution of operational processes and safety protocols
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve strategies that promote user safety and trust across digital platforms and services
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with internal safety policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory standards
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of user safety concerns, policy violations, and operational incidents, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
• Establish clear performance expectations, provide coaching and guidance, and support team members in achieving operational objectives
