Oracle HCM Technical Consultant – Fast Formula

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong Fast Formula expertise to design, develop, test and support formulas and technical components across Oracle Cloud HCM. You will work with functional consultants and client business teams, including USA counterparts, to translate business rules into accurate, maintainable Fast Formulas, and support related HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL) loads, integrations and reports.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyse business requirements with clients and functional consultants, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
• Design, develop, test and deploy Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, compensation, benefits, time and other HCM modules
• Troubleshoot and fix formula issues, including compile errors, incorrect results and performance problems
• Develop and support HCM Extracts, HDL data loads, integrations and reports
• Support data conversion activities across HCM modules

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
