What you'll do

• Greet all visitors and employees professionally; issue visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs per site security protocols
• Verify visitor identity and purpose of visit; coordinate with security teams for access approvals per facility protocol
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage front-desk calendars
• Perform filing, scanning, copying, and document updates as required
