About the role

This is a hands-on role. You will be storyboarding, shooting, editing and mixing yourself — not briefing an agency and waiting.

What you'll do

  • Content strategy & storyboarding
  • Build and run the monthly content calendar for Instagram (Reels, carousels, stories) and YouTube (long-form + Shorts)
  • Turn product launches, festive moments, factory stories and farm stories into scripts, hooks and shot-by-shot storyboards
  • Maintain a live bank of formats, trending audio, hooks and reference reels — and know which ones are worth chasing
  • Obsess over the first three seconds and the retention curve after it
