About the role

We are seeking experienced Funds Attorneys for a part-time opportunity at the intersection of legal expertise and artificial intelligence. This role is ideal for accomplished legal professionals with experience in investment funds who are interested in helping shape the next generation of AI-powered legal solutions.

What you'll do

• Perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving investment fund documentation
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to fund-related legal scenarios, providing detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and legal reasoning
• Develop structured evaluation frameworks, scoring rubrics, and quality standards for assessing AI performance on fund formation and transactional legal tasks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary product, research, and engineering teams to refine AI training datasets, legal guidelines, and best practices
• Apply practical legal judgment to identify contractual risks, drafting issues, and negotiation strategies within complex fund documentation
