What you'll do

• Advise on the design, material selection, and lining of fusion furnaces and related equipment
• Recommend refractory solutions that optimize plant performance, energy efficiency, and material longevity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to refractory wear, thermal failure, or process inefficiencies
• Analyze current fusion plant operations to suggest improvements in process control, thermal management, and refractory application
• Work with production teams to implement cost-effective and technically robust solutions

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Project management
• ANSYS
• Process improvement
• Problem solving
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Six Sigma
