About the role

The Manager may be assigned to projects and work areas as per departmental requirements by Head - Strategy. MSME collection analysis shall form one part of the role.

What you'll do

• Prepare agreed reports, dashboards and management updates for assigned business functions and projects using authorised data sources
• Analyse business and operational performance across assigned functions. As part of MSME collection assignments, review collection trends
• Investigate performance gaps and operational bottlenecks using available records. Clearly distinguish verified findings from assumptions or missing information
• Provide practical recommendations for business priorities and process improvements. Support project planning
• Track assigned project milestones and actions, coordinate with responsible teams, and escalate delays or dependencies to Head - Strategy
