GAM Sell-Out - Sales Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales outcomes through collaboration with technical, sales, marketing, and business unit teams. The ideal candidate combines business development expertise, data center industry knowledge, and strong relationship management skills to accelerate growth within a strategic partner ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, identifying growth opportunities
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders within Supermicro and the broader partner ecosystem
• Manage business forecasting, opportunity tracking, pipeline development, and quarterly business reviews
• Support and coordinate joint customer engagements, industry events, training activities, and partner enablement initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness and effective execution of customer engagements
