GBG Master Data Analyst

About the role

The Semi-Senior Master Data Business Partner Analyst controls and audits the accurate creation and modification of customer, supplier, and bank master data for the LATAM and North America regions within agreed service-level timelines. The role supports stakeholders, maintains strong customer focus, helps prevent fraud exposure, identifies process deviations, and contributes to local, regional, and global initiatives.

• Help prevent potential fraud exposure by confirming that master-data requests meet applicable control, approval, and documentation requirements
• Execute mass-change requests in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Serve as the point of contact for project teams when initiatives may affect the Master Data area
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, global Master Data representatives, and other company functions to improve the user experience
