GBS Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A)

About the role

The GBS Financial Planning & Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocation and intercompany recharge activities for the GBS India center. The role is highly operational and requires a hands-on approach to financial data preparation, cost monitoring, reporting and reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Collect and consolidate financial inputs from operational teams and HR, ensuring alignment with the center's growth plans
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying and explaining significant deviations
• Monitor personnel expenses, indirect costs and operating expenditures, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency with approved plans
• Provide financial analyses and supporting information to the GBS Finance Manager and operational management
• Maintain accurate allocation keys and records of employees, cost centers and benefiting affiliates, reflecting changes in headcount and service scope
