GDS Alliances Systems Integrator SI Ops Coordinator - Supervising Associate

About the role

The GDS Systems Integrator (SI) Ops Coordinator will function out of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and will be responsible for providing ongoing operations support for one or more Systems Integrator alliances as part of the broader Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function.

What you'll do

• Provide operational support for strategic Systems Integrator alliances and ecosystem programs across planning, governance, reporting and execution activities
• Coordinate with client-serving teams and global alliance supporting teams on sales, pipeline tagging, reporting hygiene and opportunity tracking
• Maintain SI alliance reference material, playbooks, process documents and SharePoint repositories; facilitate and track access to key materials and tools
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) teams to develop, review and refresh relevant SI alliance content as required
• Support contracts initiation, tracking, supplier onboarding and operational workflows by coordinating with global alliance teams and relevant enabling teams
