GDS GCO Enablement Team - Assistant Manager - CC Team

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS-GCO Enablement team in India, the role will involve working with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on client side or/and vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level).

What you'll do

• IT contracts for multiple EY divisions and variety of technologies (such as AI, robotics, analytics)
• Software License contracts, Hosted software/hosted services agreements
• IT Services agreements; Software support agreements; SLAs
• Develop, review, and negotiate contractual clauses pertaining to artificial intelligence (AI) to safeguard organizational interests and ensure legal compliance
• Provide advice to business teams on the responsible use of AI, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including the EU AI Act

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
