What you'll do

• Provide legal advice to the leadership team on strategic, commercial and operational matters
• Partner with business functions to enable compliant and commercially sound decision-making
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation measures
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of high-value commercial agreements, including leasing, development, procurement, technology and strategic partnerships
• Establish contract governance standards and improve contract turnaround timelines
