About the role

Standardize billing processes, controls and documentation across projects. BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Over 20 years of experience in building construction organisations. At least 10 years of experience in billing or commercial billing leadership. Proven experience obtaining bill certification from clients, PMCs and consultants.

What you'll do

Lead billing for landmark high-rise building projects across Mumbai
Lead end-to-end client billing across multiple high-value building projects in the Mumbai region
Drive billing milestones in line with project schedules and contractual requirements
Review BOQs, measurements, quantity records, variations and change orders
Partner with Project Execution, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Contracts and Finance teams
