About the role

As a General Manager - Business Development, you will be responsible for driving strategic business growth in the fermentation industry. Leveraging your extensive experience in the field, you will play a key role in developing and implementing business strategies, establishing partnerships, and expanding market presence.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential collaborations
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Lead negotiations and contract development for strategic collaborations
• Independently identify opportunities and reach out to companies to set up contract work, from CT's all the way to regular contract manufacturing
