About the role

Align ERP processes with process manufacturing requirements such as BOM/recipe management, batch processing, quality, compliance, and traceability. Proven exposure to plant IT operations, ERP‑driven manufacturing processes, and multi‑location IT landscapes. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.

What you'll do

• Lead ERP‑driven plant IT and digital transformation at scale
• Define and execute a long‑term IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and capacity expansion
• Lead governance, policies, SOPs, BCP and DR frameworks across corporate and manufacturing locations
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), cybersecurity tools, backups, VOIP, and end‑user computing
• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity framework, conduct audits and risk assessments, and support regulatory and ISO compliance
