About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional to support the CEO Office in coordinating and executing key business initiatives. The role will involve program coordination, tracking of business priorities, research, reporting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.

What you'll do

• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting notes, and action trackers for business reviews and leadership discussions
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve coordination, reporting, documentation, and execution efficiency
• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
