GEO, Governance Effectiveness Analyst

About the role

This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in committee governance, stakeholder management, risk governance, and governance consulting while supporting strategic governance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

What you'll do

• Support the planning, coordination, and governance activities of committees, forums, and working groups
• Assist in reviewing governance processes, committee structures, and governance documentation to identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to governance simplification and optimization initiatives
• Assist in maintaining governance documentation, templates, guidance materials, and committee records
• Build effective working relationships with business, function, risk, and governance stakeholders
