What you'll do

• Own global enterprise accounts end-to-end, including strategy, growth, and account health Drive organic growth through adoption, upsell, and cross-sell
• Lead executive engagements (EBRs/QBRs) and build strong CXO-level relationships
• Oversee delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client outcomes are met
• Identify new opportunities within accounts using data, industry insights, and market intelligence
• Act as the escalation point and ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention
