Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently on a day-to-day basis. Flexible and adaptable to change. Willingness to work flexible shifts with rotational week-offs as per business needs.

• Assess and process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with entry requirements, policies, and SLAs
• Work experience within an administrative and/or customer service environment is preferred
