Global Compensation Specialist - Human Resources

About the role

The Global Compensation Specialist is an integral member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation and administration of global compensation programs across multiple countries and regions in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with the development, implementation, management and administration of global compensation programs, including the annual merit process
• Conduct ad hoc compensation data analysis, including interpret results; to review and recommend salary offers, identify trends and raise issues
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external data market trends across multiple countries
• Maintain and enhance the company’s Job architecture
• Maintain salary structures, grades, ranges and compensation frameworks globally

What you need
