About the role

Global HR Compensation Analyst | Pune, India | Full-time If you are passionate about compensation analytics, data accuracy, and improving HR processes through effective analysis and automation, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. You will report to the Global HR Specialists Lead and be part of the Global HR Specialists team within Regional HR & Global Services.

What you'll do

• Support market benchmarking, annual merit and incentive cycles, compensation reporting, Workday-related activities, and compensation data management
• By preparing and validating data, coordinating stakeholder input, and translating compensation information into clear insights
• This role combines analytical rigour with a practical continuous improvement mindset
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate recurring processes, calculations, reporting, and documentation
• Compensation Programme Delivery & Benchmarking (35%)
