Global Human Resource Team Lead

About the role

The role of the TRT Global Human Resources Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of across the various TRT functional departments which are located across the 17 different global locations. The role is to oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with TRT’s executive layer on strategic planning; and serve as a link the different layers of the TRT organization.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to deliver world class IT services to our clients
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation programs
