Global Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager - US, you will own the aggregate revenue quota of your Account Executive team and drive predictable growth across the US market through pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting, and coaching. You will join Hevo at an exciting stage of growth, helping companies build the data foundation needed to become AI-ready.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the US market through effective pipeline, forecast, and deal management
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, call coaching, and performance management
• Build a predictable pipeline across inbound, outbound, and expansion sales motions
• Drive execution of complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles and support the team on strategic deals
• Establish and improve sales processes, operating rhythms, methodologies, and performance metrics to drive consistent execution
