What you'll do
- Partner with the VP of Human Resources to advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and people decisions
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation, in line with local laws and HBox policy
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement plans, and difficult conversations
