HR Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and candidate-focused HR Operations Specialist to manage high-volume HR requests, employee documentation, administration, candidate coordination, and end-to-end hire-to-retire activities. The role is responsible for offer generation, candidate engagement, documentation, background verification coordination, pre-employment requirements, system updates, and overall Day 1 joining readiness.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end pre-onboarding process from post candidate selection through completion of all required pre-employment activities and transition to onboarding
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-onboarding journey
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with candidates to ensure continued engagement between offer acceptance and joining
• Provide candidates with clear guidance regarding required documentation, forms, policies, pre-employment requirements, key milestones, and next steps
• Respond to candidate questions professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
