GM - Contract to Catalogue Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract to Catalogue and Master Data professional to lead service delivery, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across Supply Chain Management processes. This role is responsible for managing master data operations, contract lifecycle activities, catalogue management, governance controls, reporting, and team performance while ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead Contract to Catalogue and Master Data operations, ensuring seamless business-as-usual delivery and stakeholder support
• Manage master data object maintenance, including vendor, customer, contract, and finance operations data
• Provide support for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes and technical issue resolution
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including query resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation management
• Ensure robust controls are maintained for audit, legal, compliance, and SOX requirements
