About the role

A permanent role in the real estate industry based in New Delhi. Opportunity to lead transformative IT projects.

What you'll do

  • Own the technology roadmap for lease lifecycle management - tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, fit-out tracking and lease abstraction
  • Lead IT infrastructure planning and rollout for new and existing assets - from pre-commissioning network design to go-live and stabilisation
  • Architect and implement smart building technologies - BMS integration, IoT sensor networks, energy and utility management, and centralised building analytics
  • Work on impactful technology solutions
