About the role
This position will be for Vadodara Plant for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Designation: GM – Organization-Wide Technical Skill Development Experience: 15-18+ years of experience in the Switchgear Industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, either in Technical Training, R&D, or Manufacturing Operations.
What you'll do
- Responsible for upskilling the technical workforce (engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and field service) in Low Voltage switchgear products (ACB, MCCB, MCB, Panels
- Training Design & Implementation Curriculum Development: Design, curate, and implement technical training modules for LV Switchgear design, manufacturing, testing
- Onboarding: Develop a rigorous technical induction program for new engineering and production hires
- Training hours per employee (technical)
