About the role

The Talent Management COE Lead will be responsible for designing, driving and institutionalizing enterprise-wide talent frameworks and people processes.

What you'll do

• Lead the Talent Management Centre of Excellence and own the organization's talent strategy and roadmap
• Drive the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, talent reviews, calibration discussions and outcomes tracking
• Lead succession planning initiatives across critical and leadership roles
• Execute and continuously improve the organization's 9-Box Talent Framework and talent review process
• Design and implement development planning frameworks for high-potential and leadership talent
