GM - Voice Core Senior Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Voice Core Operations professional to lead the operational management of UK Mobile Core platforms within a mission-critical telecom environment. This role is responsible for ensuring service availability, operational resilience, incident management excellence, and continuous improvement across Voice Core domains.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations of Mobile Voice Core platforms, ensuring high availability, service continuity and operational excellence
• Implement and govern operational procedures that maintain system reliability and minimise service disruption
• Take end-to-end ownership of incident management activities across Voice Core domains
• Lead resolution activities for major incidents impacting voice services
• Develop, maintain and oversee incident response and recovery plans

What you need

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
