GMx-MS Transition PMO-Senior

About the role

The Transition Shared PMO team will provide flexible project management and coordination support across Managed Services transitions. The team will enable proportionate support for where full transition team is not in scope, while also augmenting Transition Managers on larger or more complex engagements.

What you'll do

• Support project and program governance activities by maintaining status trackers, dashboards, and reporting packs
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports to provide visibility into project progress, milestones, risks, and action items
• Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs and follow up on mitigation and resolution actions
• Coordinate project schedules, workplans, and milestone tracking to ensure timely execution of activities
• Support resource tracking, utilization reporting, and capacity planning activities
