GMx Transition Specialist for Tax - Senior

About the role

The Implementation Senior plays a key role in executing various phases within an implementation project. This role is expected to anchor and collaborate with team members in setting up implementation plan & metrics, regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses are performed for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for long terms' success.

What you'll do

• Execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments and milestone tracking
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity
• Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the transition lifecycle

What you need

• 4–9 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• SAP
• Google Analytics
• Travel booking
• Any graduate
