Group Lead-Agro (R&D)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Lead – Agro to lead our Hyderabad R&D team. This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction of agrochemical R&D projects , managing a group of chemists, and ensuring successful development of products from lab to pilot scale.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee synthesis, process development, and formulation projects for agrochemical products
• Mentor, train, and manage a team of Junior and Senior chemists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Drive technology transfer and scale-up from lab to pilot plant and support manufacturing integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, analytical, regulatory, and quality for successful product delivery
• Define and execute R&D strategies and roadmaps , aligned with business objectives and market needs

What you need
