About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative R esearch Chemist – Polymers & Composite Materials to join our R&D team. The role involves developing, formulating, and characterizing advanced polymeric and composite materials for diverse industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in polymer chemistry, material characterization, formulation development, and composite processing.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimize polymer and composite formulations to meet targeted performance requirements
Conduct laboratory-scale experiments related to polymer synthesis, compounding, blending, and composite fabrication
Develop and evaluate thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers, biopolymers, fiber-reinforced composites, and specialty materials
Investigate structure–property relationships and recommend material modifications to improve performance
Perform material characterization and analyze experimental data to support product development
