Research Chemist-Agro

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Chemist – Agro to support the R&D and process development team in executing synthetic chemistry experiments, process optimization, and scale-up of pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic chemistry and hands-on experience in multi-step synthesis.

What you'll do

• Conduct laboratory-scale synthesis of Agro
• Maintain accurate experimental records, observations, and results in lab notebooks
• Assist in process optimization and reaction parameter studies
• Support analytical teams in sample preparation and analysis (HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.)
• Follow safety protocols, maintain lab hygiene, and handle chemicals responsibly
