Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

This role gives you the opportunity to take the lead on Editage’s B2C growth strategy for the US market, with plenty of room to bring your ideas to the table and make things happen.

What you'll do

• Own the US market growth strategy across traffic, funnel performance, jobs, and revenue, with regular monitoring of W2F, FSR, conversion, and other key metrics
• Analyse funnel and campaign performance, identify drop-offs and root causes, and proactively recommend and implement solutions to improve conversions and revenue
• Plan and execute US campaigns end-to-end, including promotional/seasonal campaigns, audience targeting, messaging, execution, performance tracking, and A/B testing
• Own US email marketing, including strategy, segmentation, content, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation
• Drive growth of new services in the US by developing GTM strategies, positioning and messaging, coordinating with cross-functional teams
