About the role

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical problem-solving, and market intelligence. You’ll own API customer relationships end-to-end — running demos, debugging integrations, writing scripts to unblock customers, and relaying precise model feedback to Sarvam’s research teams. A strong fit for someone early in their career with genuine technical curiosity and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do

• Own customer relationships end-to-end: run demos, onboarding sessions, and integration walkthroughs; get customers from API key to working product fast
• Build and tinker: write scripts to unblock integrations, build small demo apps that show customers what’s possible
