GTM Engineer (Paid Growth and Go-To-Market)

About the role

Most companies run ads. We want someone who builds the machine behind them. As our Growth & GTM Engineer, you will own the path from “who should we target?” to “which campaign brought us this customer?” You will identify our best-fit customers, sharpen how we position each product and service, choose the channels that deliver, and turn ad spend into a predictable flow of qualified leads and revenue.

What you'll do

• Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify the highest-potential segments
• Build positioning and messaging for each product and service
• Choose the right channel mix for every offering
• Run launches end to end, from planning to live campaigns
• Work with design, product, and sales so our story stays consistent everywhere

What you need

• 1.5–5 yrs of experience
• Go-to-market
• CRM
• Meta Ads
• Google Analytics
• Marketing automation
• Performance marketing
• Any graduate
