Guest Advisory Associate (Arabic)

About the role

We’re looking for an Arabic-speaking Guest Advisory Associate to turn customer interest into confident decisions and successful conversions. You’ll be one of the first people travellers speak to at Atlys, understanding what they need, helping them navigate their options, and building trust through clear, thoughtful conversations.

What you'll do

• Communicate with Arabic-speaking customers in Arabic and English, adapting your approach to ensure conversations are clear, natural and effective
• Explain our products and visa processes clearly so customers understand their options, feel confident in their decision and know what happens next
• Drive leads through to conversion through thoughtful follow-ups, objection handling and consistent ownership of the customer journey
• Learn from customer conversations by identifying recurring questions, pain points and signals that can improve conversion and the overall experience
• Work closely across teams with Marketing, Fulfilment and Product while keeping lead and interaction data accurate and up to date
