Guest Relation Associate

About the role

As a Guest Relations Associate at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 an IHG Hotel, you will be the face of our hospitality, creating warm and memorable experiences for every guest. You will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, delivering personalised service, handling guest feedback, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and IHG’s True Hospitality philosophy.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a personalised and memorable arrival experience
• Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs throughout their stay
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalised guest arrangements
