About the role

The Payroll ( HCM & ECP ) Lead is responsible for: Own the entire HCM / ECP module landscape. Drive requirement workshops, collect business needs, and convert them into Business requirement documents. Make sure the solution aligns with best practices, country rules, and system limitations . Review and guide configuration done by the team.

What you'll do

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Income tax

• SAP
• Compliance
• Audit
• Any graduate
