Compliance with IRDAI, Companies Act, RBI, ROC & insurance regulations Regulatory filings, governance frameworks & stakeholder management We're looking for someone who has: A professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS). 15-18 years of PQE in secretarial / governance roles (insurance preferred).
