What you'll do

• Manage employee experience, learning and culture for a leading NBFC
• Lead the function and report into the CHRO
• Build employee experience plans that improve key moments across the employee journey
• Develop learning programmes that meet business and employee needs
• Work with Human Resources teams to turn people needs into clear actions
