About the role

The Head of Finance will serve as a key member of the India leadership team and will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the Finance function across the organisation.

What you'll do

• Leading all aspects of finance operations, governance, and financial management for the India GCC
• Driving accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, and controllership activities
• Ensuring compliance with Indian statutory, tax, regulatory, and audit requirements including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and Companies Act obligations
• Establishing a strong internal control environment, risk management framework, and governance processes
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management activities
